On 16th October, 1983 our first Satsang was held at the residence of Mr Mohinder Kashyap located at 2587 Folkway Drive, Mississauga. Pandit S.D.Sharma performed the Dev Yajna (Havan). Mr and Mrs Jagan Nath Dhawan, Drs Uma and Ravi Srivastava, Mr and Mrs S.D.Sharma, Mr Amar Erry, Mr Sudershan Beri and many close friends of Mohinder Kashyap attended the Satsang.

After the Satsang, we decided to hold weekly satsangs at the residence of various Arya Samaj Families.
On 9th September 1984, a meeting was held at the residence of Mr Mohinder Kashyap to elect the office bearer. Dr Ravi Srivastava, Sh S.D.Sharma, and Mr Mohinder Kashyap were unanimously elected as President, General Secretary and Treasurer.

The official inauguration of Arya Samaj Mississauga took place at Mississauga Valley Community Centre on 20th October 1985. Members from Arya Samaj Burlington, Arya Samaj Toronto( now known as Arya Samaj Markham) attended the function in large number. Over 200 people were present at the Inauguration ceremony.

Since then we have been regularly holding our weekly satsang every Sunday from 2:30pm - 5:30pm at Hazel McCallion Hall, Mississauga Valley Community Centre, 1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd, Mississauga.

Arya Samaj Mississauga building is in under construction. The address is 405 watline avenue, mississauga, Ontario. The expected date of completion is October, 2012. The Bhoomi Pooja Ceremony for this building was performed on 19th September, 2010 at 11:00 A.M.
